Four categories of participants:
all photos must be entered into the contest on or before September 27th, 2009.

SUBMITTERS MUST ATTACH THEIR NAME & CONTACT INFO TO THE BACK OF EACH PHOTO SUBMITTED!

Rules:
  1. No 'Game Camera' pictures allowed in the first three categories. All photos must be taken with a hand held
    camera, digital or film.
  2. The honor system. The photo should be entered by the photographer that took it.
  3. Categories 1, 2 and 4.           5 x 7 photo required
  4. Category 3.                            8 x 10 photo required.
  5. Judges will pick the best three in each category. The entries will be displayed during the Deer Festival.
  6. The photos will be voted on by the Festival participating public.
  7. On the last day of the Festival, Saturday, the judges will count th votes and determine a winner by category.
  8. The judges will make a selection for best of show.
  9. Each of the three will be awarded a ribbon for first, second and third place.
  10. A cash prize of $20.00 for the first place in each category will be awarded.
  11. There will be four blue ribbons also.
  12. Best of Show will be awarded a plaque and $50.00.
  13. Participants will be allowed to enter one photo per category A and B.
  14. Participants may enter only one photo per each group categories. The same photo cannot be entered in
    different categories.
  15. Judges are ineligible to enter contest.
