The show will have both indoor & outdoor booths available at the Antlers Fairgrounds on
Highway 271 S in Antlers, OK. We strongly encourage demonstrating your skill and the
techniques involved.
1. Setup will be Wednesdat October 2 between 9 am and 9 pm. The festival will open Friday,
October 3rd and 4th, 2008. Displays must be in place on October 2.
2. There must be someone attending each exhibit at all times during show hours. Hours are
9 am to 7 pm on Friday, and 9 am to 7 pm on Saturday. No closing early! Festival goers
expect booths to be open during advertised show hours.
3. All craft items must be rustic handmade items or handmade outdoor/hunting/fishing
themed items. Entry must be by the artist/craftsman. Preference will be given to
demonstrating craftsmen.
4. Booth spaces rent for $100 for craft vendors, $200 for commercial vendors indoor or
outdoor 10 x 10 booths. Price negotiatable if larger outdoor booth is needed. Limited
numbers of outdoor spaces are also available. Outside booth spaces without electricity
are $100.00. Outdoor food vendor fee is $300.00 per booth.
5. Entries are for the 2007show only. Exhibitors are invited on a yearly basis. Exhibitors will
be reviewed on quality of workmanship. The show is governed by the Antlers Deer Festival
& Outdoor Show Advisory Board.
6. Taxes are the responsibility of the exhibitor.
7. Exhibitors will be responsible for their own display items and materials. The exhibitor is
responsible for the appearance of the space during and at the close of the show.
8. 110V electric outlets are available inside, some outside.
9. Acceptance constitutes a contract to use the space assigned by the festival committee.
The show committee retains the right to change spaces. Spaces are not transferable.
10.Prices must be marked on items and no marking down of prices.
11.Security will be provided throughout the show (Thurs pm & Fri pm). Antlers Deer Festival
& Outdoor Show, and the City of Antlers will not be responsible for theft, loss, destruction,
or injury.
