Deer Festival & Outdoor Show
Dear Vendors,
Thank you for your interest in the Antlers Deer Festival & Outdoor Show to be held October 3
& 4, 2008. This is a juried show and your application will be reviewed by the Festival
Committee.
If you would like to make an application for the show, please note the following
requirements and return the enclosed application.
1. Send photos of your products. (photos will not be returned)
2. Send photos of your booth set-up.
3. Brief description and prices of items to be sold.
4. Verify your address and telephone number.
5. List any special needs you may have.
6. Application must be returned by September 1, 2008
* First time exhibitors only need to send photos
Most booth spaces are indoors. There are outdoor spaces available for demonstrating
craftsmen in 10 x 10, 30 x 30, or larger if needed. Booth spaces are approximately 10 feet
deep and 10 feet wide indoors.
The booth prices are $100 for Arts & Crafts vendors, $200 for Commercial vendors indoors
or outdoors, $100 for Certified Made In Oklahoma vendors. Food Concession vendor fees
are $300.00 per booth. There will be no percentages charged on your gross sales. All
selected vendors must be prepared to set up on Thursday, October 4th and show both
days, October 3rd & 4th from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. - no exceptions. There is no application
fee.

Please fill out and return the application from this website by September 1, 2008. You will
receive written confirmation of acceptance/rejection for the 2008 festival by September 15,
2008.
